Delicious summer burgers
- For 6 burgers:
- 6 burgers buns
- 6 beef burgers
- 1 red onion
- 1 fleshy tomato
- 1 handful rocket leaves
- 12 slices of Brie cheese
- 6 slices of bacon
- Sauces (Mustard, Ketchup…)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
Slice the vegetables and keep all the ingredients close to hand.
Heat the Burger stone for 5 to 10 minutes on the barbeque.
Cook the bacon, beef burgers and onions on the lower part of the stone.
Slightly toast the top parts of the buns on the higher part of the Burger stone.
When the beef burgers are almost cooked, place two slices of cheese on each one until it melts. Now heat the bottom part of the buns, cut side down, then turn them over to make the burgers with the onions, beef burgers, bacon, tomato and rocket leaves.
Each guest can choose his sauce and stick the spike in the burger to keep it all together!
