New Hands-on cooking class at the Emile Henry boutique in the center of Lyon!
Lucy, from Lucy's Kitchen Notebook, offers an English language herb workshop. Come and learn everything about herbs in French cooking: their seasons, their taste as well as how to use them : freshfines herbes mix, court bouillon, bouquet garni, sirop maison… and prepare a French dish that you will share with local wine at the end !
