Emile Henry guarantee

We are proud to offer products made from a very high quality ceramic. All our dishes are produced in Marcigny, Burgundy (France), since 1850 and all pass a very rigorous quality control by our team. We are therefore pleased to offer a 10 years guarantee on all Emile Henry products, counting from the day of purchase.

Our guarantee covers any production fault or quality problem with the product when used in a normal domestic environment and respecting the care and use instructions that you can find on our Use & Care pages.

We also remind you that any variation in the finish of the item is due to the handwork carried out in our workshops and does not alter in any way the culinary qualities of your item.

This guarantee does not cover the consequences of any use other than those indicated in our Use & Care pages for each collection : Oven & Tableware (High Resistance® ceramic), Flame®, BBQ.

How to proceed ?

Please return the product and your till receipt to the store where you purchased it and your product will be replaced free of charge if the problem is covered by the terms of the guarantee.

If visiting the store is inconvenient, please contact the Consumer Services team of your country, who will be happy to assist you.
