We are proud to offer products made from a very high quality ceramic. All our dishes are produced in Marcigny, Burgundy, since 1850 and all pass a very rigorous quality control by our team. We are therefore pleased to offer a 10 year guarantee on all Emile Henry products, counting from the day of purchase.

The Emile Henry Guarantee ( The United Kingdom)

Emile Henry guarantees all products from the ranges "Oven, Bakeware, Tabletop, Kitchen, Appetizers, Artisanale, Cannelle" for 3 years from the date of purchase.

The guarantee covers breakage during use, excluding the following cases :

· No sauce or liquid in the dish when cooking meat or poultry
· Adding cold liquid to a hot dish
· Oven temperature above 250°C
· Use on the gas flame or oven hob (electric, halogen ..)

It does not cover breakage due to impact.

The guarantee does not apply for the ranges "Flame®" and "Hotellerie".

How to proceed ?

Please return the product and your till receipt to the store where you purchased it and your product will be replaced free of charge if the problem is covered by the terms of the guarantee.
If visiting the store is inconvenient, please initially write to us, explaining the problem you have experienced, and our Consumer Services team will be happy to assist you.

- The dish, carefully wrapped
- The till receipt or invoice indicating the dish, the Emile Henry name and date of purchase
- Your name and address
- And, in a few words, how your dish was used

Your dish will be replaced free of charge by an identical or similar item and we will reimburse the cost of sending it back (in the case of the dish being covered by the guarantee).
