Creme caramel

Thanks to our innovative Flame ceramic, the creme caramel dish allows you to make your own caramel directly on the heat : gas, electric, halogen and induction (with an induction disk). From the stove top to the oven, our dish offers all the advantages of slow, even cooking, particularly important when making egg-based recipes such as creme caramel.
