Risotto pot

New in 2011, our risotto pot now joins the range of specialist dishes for simmering. Its rounded inside is ideal for stirring, and it makes the preparation of certain recipes requiring very gentle cooking very easy. Amongst these is the famous italian risotto, a delicous recipe made from large grain rice that you can flavour with meat or vegetables, depending on your fancy.
The special design of the lid, which sits inside the upper rim, allows you to limit the steam escaping from inside the pot, for optimal simmering. The base is unglazed, which also allows you to use it on any glass hob (ceramic and halogen).
